Just in Time 2023

Just in time conference in 2023, presenting our theme “Aligning Health Professional Education with Health Care Practice“.  With  the theme, a grandiose discussion  within the health care community will happen in searching for an answer for the established harmonious relationship between health care professional education and health care practice. The gap between two makes great confusion for health care professional education to establish all the systems and components while driving the educational system to cope with the need of health care practice. There are so many interesting issues regarding the theme such as how competencies developed – established, what would be the best system for the need of health care practice according to the best educational evidence, what would be the supporting need of the system, and its alignment with Indonesia educational system. Thus would be discussed along with the best expert in medical education in term seeking the best answer for each issue.
